As a vital link in the technology value chain, they create sales and profitability opportunities for vendors and resellers through unique marketing programs, outsourced logistics services, technical support, financial services and product aggregation and distribution.

For their Belgian subsidiary, we are seeking a person (m/f) for the position of Account Representative Medium Accounts.
FUNCTIE

The Account Representative sells and promotes IT products towards their medium customers through telephone contact.

 

As an Account Representative:

  • You are the key inside sales contact for your customers and colleagues in sales related matters and products in your customer portfolio.
  • You propose products, price quotes towards your customers.
  • You act as a first point of contact for your customers.
  • You are responsible for the order input for your client portfolio

Tasks:

  • Boost sales in the client portfolio through a very close follow-up of the  customer needs.
  • Achieve sales & margin targets that are set.
  • Maintain the highest possible availability on the phone as well as highest possible service level towards our customers.
  • Develop margin, sales, product mix & services in your customer portfolio.
  • Develop newly created accounts.
  • Active call out on the customer databases to detect potential and develop sales.
  • Follow up on the execution of your daily assigned tasks maintaining the highest standards towards our customers and between divisions  internally.
  • You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the CRM tooling related to your customer portfolio.
  • Report to sales management potential important market information and escalate customer issues accordingly.

 

 

PROFIEL
  • Good commercial and communication skills.
  • Team player, proactive, self-reliant, accountable, sense of curiosity for new technologies and ICT products.
  • Advanced IT skills. Experience in SAP is an asset.
  • Languages: Dutch-French-(English).
  • Knowledge of IT and/or distribution market is an asset.
